Beta terms

These terms apply when you create an account or use IESDesk. The privacy notice explains how IESDesk uses your data.

• IESDesk is free. It is in beta.
• We can change or stop IESDesk, or a part of it, at any time.

• Sign up with your work, university or government email address.
• The account is for you alone. Keep your password and your API tokens secret.
• We can close an account that breaks these terms.

• You keep all rights to your files and to the outputs that IESDesk makes from them.
• You allow us to store and process your files only to run IESDesk for you.
• Upload only files that you have the right to use.
• IESDesk deletes uploaded files, ZIP files and CSV files after 30 days. Download what you need before then, and keep your own copies.

• The limits that each page states apply, for example the number of files in one batch and the number of jobs in one day.
• We can change a limit during the beta. For a larger job, write to agustos@agustos.com.
• Do not try to get around a limit, to overload IESDesk, or to reach data that is not yours.

• IESDesk gives its outputs as they are, with no warranty.
• Check each output before you use it or send it to anyone.
• As far as the law allows, Ağustos is not liable for a loss that comes from the use of IESDesk or its outputs. This does not limit a liability for intent or gross negligence.

When you send feedback, Ağustos can use it to improve IESDesk, with no payment to you.

We publish each change on this page and change the date at the top. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change of these terms applies to you. If you do not agree, you can close your account.

Turkish law applies to these terms. The courts of İstanbul (Anadolu) settle every dispute about them.
